Cooking Poached Eggs with Egg Cups!

Ingredients Eggs Silicon cup holders Oil spray Instructions Fill a pan with an inch or so of water (maybe less). Make sure the pan is deep enough that the lid fits with egg holders in it. Spray the cups with oil. Put the eggs in the cups and place in the pan. Bring the water to a boil. Turn the stove down to medium heat, put the lid on and wait 5-8 minutes.

Instant Pot Pressure Cooking Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients 1 cup of oats 2.5 cups of water Instructions Add everything into the Instant Pot. Put on the lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes. Natural release for 20 minutes when the timer goes off. Notes The oats came out pretty al dente, so I tried again with 10 minutes on high pressure with a 20 minute natural release. However, it still seemed al dente to me.
