Ingredients ½ cup popcorn kernels 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or extra virgin coconut oil) Instructions Turn on the Instant pot and press ‘saute’, then press the ‘adjust’ button to turn up the heat to ‘more’. Let the pot pre-heat until the display reads ‘HOT’. Add 2 tbsp of to the pot, add the half cup of popcorn kernels. Stir and spread the kernels evenly over the bottom of the Instant pot.

Instant Pot Pressure Cooking Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients 1 rack of baby back ribs 1 c. BBQ Sauce 1 c. beef broth ½ tsp. liquid smoke BBQ / rib seasoning mix (I used Killer Hogs this time) Instructions Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if present and apply the dry rub seasoning to both sides. Cut the ribs into chunks of 4-6 ribs, so that they fit in the instant pot.

Instant Pot Pressure Cooking Pasta with Meat Sauce

Ingredients 1.5 lbs ground meat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, minced ( or 1 tbsp ) 1 small onion, diced 16 oz dried pasta 24 oz jar pasta sauce 24 oz water (simply refill pasta jar with water) parmesan cheese for topping Optional: Spinach Recipe to mix in like the picture. Instructions Press saute on Instant Pot and add the vegetable oil. Once pot has become hot add the ground beef.

Instant Pot Pressure Cooking Spaghetti and Fresh Meatballs

Ingredients 1 lb of fresh meat balls 24 oz jar of sauce 3 cups of beef stock 1 tbsp olive oil 1 box of spaghetti pasta (16 oz) Instructions Add the oil to the pot, select ‘saute’, and allow the pot to heat up. Add meatballs and cook at least 4 minutes without moving. If you move them too early they will be stuck to the bottom and will pull apart.

Instant Pot Pressure Cooking Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients 1 to 1.5 lbs ground turkey 2 c. beef broth ½ c. minced onion 2 c. noodles, uncooked ½ c. water 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup 1 garlic clove, minced ¼ tsp pepper 1 Tbsp Flour 1 c. sour cream Optional: 1 tsp salt Instructions Set the instant pot to sauté with some oil in it. Sauté the ground-turkey, garlic, and onion until the meat is browned.

Instant Pot Sausage and Cabbage

Ingredients Head of cabbage Onion Clove of garlic (1 tsp of minced garlic) 1 or 2 packages of sausage; around 1 to 1.5 lbs of sausage. ½ cup of water Salt Pepper Instructions Turn the instant pot onto sauté with some vegetable oil. Cut up the onion, cabbage, and sausage. I normally cut the cabbage into eigths. Put the onion and sausage into the pot. Saute for a couple of minutes, just to cook and brown it.

Instant Pot Tender Corned Beef

Ingredients 4 lbs of corned beef (with a seasoning packet) 3.5 cups of water 1 tbsp minced garlic Onion Potatoes Carrots Cabbage Instructions Rinse the meat to get rid of as much salt as possible. Cut the meat into 4 pieces (easier to fit into my Instant Pot and it cooks faster). Cut the onion into wedges and add it in the bottom of the pot.

Ingredients 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 pound lean ground meat* 1 yellow onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed 2 cups water 2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni, etc.) 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce 1 can (7 ounce) green chilies 1 tablespoon chili powder** 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup frozen corn 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro Instructions Put oil in the cooking pot and select browning.

Instant Pot THE Crack Chicken

Ingredients 2 pounds boneless chicken breast 1 packet ranch seasoning 8 oz cream cheese ½ cup water 1 cup cheddar cheese Optional: 6-8 slices cooked bacon Instructions Put in chicken, water, seasoning, and cream cheese. Cook on high for 15 minutes with a quick release. Leave the instant pot on low. Pull the chicken out and shred it.
