Recipe - Version 1

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc.)
  • ¼ cup and extra 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, plus extra olive oil for cooking the meatballs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the meatballs.
  2. Mix everything evenly to combine.
  3. Shape into roughly 16 meatballs ( or really however big you need them; you “could” make just one huge one! ).
