1 spaghetti squash
1 cup of water


  1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Put on the lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
  3. Quick release when the timer goes off.
  4. Scrap out any strands and missed seeds.
  5. It should shred easily with a fork.


  • The first time I did this I used 7 minutes, but it wasn’t completely done so I had to put it back in for a minute.
